Kathy Meaney passionately tells stories, capturing a moment in time through her series, “Ladies of the Lake,” by painting playful, but undisputedly “genuine figures”.

Her ambition is to communicate relationship of female friendship expressively through body language, touching the complex relationship that form bonds among women. The comfort and familiarity of this perspective is a goal she strives to portray in her vibrant art.
